Jordan was Born in St. Louis, MO and raised on “The Hill.” While attending Webster University in 2010, Jordan fell into the coffee industry helping open Foam Coffee and Beer on Cherokee Street in south city. After Jordan kept moving forward in coffee, working at the Nordstrom coffee bar and spent a year managing the bar. In the spring of 2014 Jordan left Nordstrom to open Living Room, the 3rd wave coffee roaster and cafe, in Maplewood, MO. Opening in late 2014, Living Room was named the 7th best new restaurant to open in St. Louis by Sauce magazine in 2015. After leaving Living Room in the spring of 2016 Jordan joined the team at Reeds, stepping out from behind the espresso machine and onto the restaurant floor was the most exciting transition of his career. In the fall of ’16 Jordan left Reeds to lead the coffee program at Gerard Crafts, Sardella. It was an incredible blend of both high end coffee and hospitality. When it was announced Nicki Ball was leaving Reeds, leaving Sardella was the only choice that made sense. Coming home to Reeds American Table to be General Manager was a dream come true earlier this month. For those of you that follow the Reeds family, Jordan is recently engaged to our Executive Pastry Chef Ashley Rouch!
