When we dined at Attica I am ashamed to say, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. We had heard of the restaurant’s reputation as one of the best dining spots in Melbourne, but did not realize its importance and standing on the world culinary stage nor did we know Chef Ben Shewry’s reputation. When I watched Chef’s Table for the first time, my jaw dropped, but I was not surprised. This was one of the best meals I have ever had.
