Chef Albert Adria has no qualms about stepping out from his brother’s shadow. Ferand Adria may be one of the most recognizable names in the culinary field, but his brother’s Japanese-Peruvian Fusion project is on par with anything else in the world. The renowned pastry chef teamed up with Peruvian chef Jorge Munoz to deliver an incredible Nikkei menu. We chose the lighter fare of the Fujiyama Menu as it was lunch, but it was still an incredible dining experience.
